REMINDER

NEXT TABLE TOP SALE

SATURDAY 7^th FEBRUARY

HELPERS NEEDED

Getting ready for the Sale and Clearing away afterwards

VOLUNTEERS   LIFTING & CARRYING

FRI. 6^th FEB. 3.15pm  to set up tables and carry all goods off the stage into the middle room.

SAT. 7^th FEB. From 8am. Volunteers needed to set up all other rooms.

SAT. 7^th FEB.  From 9.45am to 12pm   Volunteers needed helping to sell goods.

SAT.  7^th FEB. 12 o’clock Helping to clear away after the Sale. (This is when we need lots of helpers.)

 If you are a regular helper but unavailable to help this time it is most helpful if you can let me know so that I can fill your place with any new volunteers.
