Dear All,

I am delighted to report that the footpath at Bottoms Hall in Two Brooks Valley has now been reopened after reconstruction by Bury Council (see photos).

Thank you to all involved. Once again, we can navigate from Tottington to Hawkshaw along the scenic valley.

I have attached a guide and map for those unfamiliar with walking in Two Brooks Valley. The reopened path lies between points 7 and 8 on the map.

The next Woodland Management will be on Friday 29^th November 2024. Meet at the Station Road bench at 10 am to clear leaves from the Lines. Looking forward to seeing you there.

Just to let you know that Greenmount Old School will be holding its monthly Drop In and Table Top Sale on Saturday 2^nd November from 10am till 12 noon.

Also, our monthly volunteer day at Holly Mount Orchard, Greenmount BL8 4DX is on Sunday 3^rd November from 1.30pm where we will be planting bulbs. Please bring your gardening gloves, a fork/ narrow trowel/ bulb planter if you have them. We will provide some long-handled bulb planters, and we have spare trowels if needed.
