Hi Everyone,
What a wonderful turn out we had today to tidy up Greenmount Sidings. The group was so large that the task was finished before 11.30am and so we could spend time enjoying a coffee before the heavens deluged upon us.
My thanks go to the 6 new people who joined us and it means we have had a lot of interest shown in the Woodland Management group as a result of the Exhibition held in the Old School last weekend.
Thank you all once again, it makes Paul Robinson and my task so much easier when there are many hands on site.
Just as a reminder we have two sessions planned in the diary, which are:
- Friday 29th July meeting at 10am to work in Kingsbury Wood. We meet on the road leading into the housing estate at the end of Garside Hey Road (a map will be available nearer the time)
- Friday 9th September at 10am on Kirklees Street near Tottington Station (a map will be available nearer the time).
